Tekser is pleased to announce that the building at Via Vittorio Veneto 89 in Rome has achieved the LEED® v4 BD+C Core & Shell – PLATINUM certification.
Designed in 1927 by architect Carlo Broggi, the historic building served as the headquarters of INA for many years. The renovation was carried out by Ardian Real Estate based on a design by Studio Scandurra Associati, with Perelli Consulting in the role of Project Management.
Tekser Sustainability division provided LEED consulting and was LEED Project Administrator, conducting dynamic energy simulation, Commissioning, and LEED supervision during the construction phase. Tekser S.r.l. LEED APs integrated all the strategies aimed at creating a high-performance building that ensures comfortable and healthy workspaces.
