Based on an optimal curve defined for each country to reduce carbon intensity, this assessment makes it possible to verify how real estate portfolios align with the common objective of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, with buildings reaching zero CO₂ emissions.

In order to verify compliance with the standards related to carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere, Tekser provides a consultancy service that analyzes three scenarios of the building, specifically pre-intervention, post-intervention, and post-intervention optimized for 2050.

The consultancy provided by our accredited professionals includes energy modeling, carried out through quasi-steady-state simulations and/or dynamic simulations.
