Good design is always preceded by an accurate preliminary study. Tekser uses the most advanced software to perform thermofluid dynamic evaluations of a component, a space, or an entire building. These analyses allow the immediate determination of the performance of a prototype—whether virtual or real—enabling system optimization even before actual construction.

The use of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) techniques allows HVAC systems to be designed in a far more effective and flexible way compared to traditional methods used to predict system behavior and achievable comfort levels. Through dynamic simulations it is possible to energetically model a complex building, quantitatively evaluating energy exchanges resulting from the interaction between the external environment and the building–system complex.
