Building D, which is part of the new office complex based in Barona district, will host the new Italian headquarter of L’Oréal that is designed according to the highest energetic and environmental sustainability standards with a main focus on well-being, comfort and health of the occupants.
The building aims to obtain WELL, WiredScore and LEED Platinum environmental certifications focusing on a sustainable refurbishment of the city respecting both the environment and the new ways of living and working.
In this framework, building A obtained the highest European LEED score in 2021.
