Project Description

We successfully completed the detailed design for the DC15 Data Center of DATA 4 ITALY S.P.A., a state-of-the-art facility located in Cornaredo/Settimo Milanese.

Our team guided the project development through a rigorous application of the RIBA methodology, completing the detailed engineering up to Stage 4. This process was supported by the adoption of BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles, essential for advanced coordination, quality control, and efficient information management—key elements for complex projects such as data centers.

Tekser was specifically responsible for the integrated design of the electrical and mechanical systems, including redundant power supply architectures (such as the 4+1 and N+1 configurations) and critical cooling solutions (MEGA CRAH and CRAH). We carried out multidisciplinary modeling to ensure flawless coordination among all disciplines, performing proactive clash detection and producing deliverables compliant with the most stringent national standards (CEI, UNI) and international standards (BREEAM Very Good).

The combined BIM + RIBA approach ensured maximum reliability, documentation clarity, traceability, and execution precision for the Client. Our working methodology, focused on results and certified quality (ISO 9001:2015), is fully replicable and scalable, providing a solid and validated foundation for the efficient and secure development of future data center projects.
