PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The building, which has a 10,00 sq.m area, was built in the 60s and has been completely redeveloped by maximizing its thermal efficiency, minimizing heat dissipation and providing the best light comfort thanks to the new high-performance façade and to the green roof, which helps thermoregulating the inners spaces of the headquarter.
Tekser was in charge of design, construction works supervision and energy consultancy to maintain the building’s energy class during the refurbishment works.
