The WIREDScore® environmental certification, internationally recognized, evaluates building connectivity, understood as the optimization of the building’s technical spaces to support IT infrastructure, the proper design of digital connectivity systems, the maximization of space value, and the creation of intelligent building management systems.

Within the WIREDScore® protocol, Tekser provides strategic consultancy to implement and/or improve the connectivity of buildings and the IT infrastructures that support them.

Our team of accredited professionals provides the guidelines necessary to implement the protocol requirements within the project, as well as expert consultancy services aimed at achieving the certification.

We will also take care of the building registration for WIREDScore® certification, collect and verify the documentation required to satisfy the scorecard requirements, provide recommendations to identify design improvements related to digital infrastructures, and organize a kick-off meeting with the Client to define the certification target.
