The facilities are served by an advanced automatic adjustment system and home automation of the apartments that includes several features among which: control of the lighting system, thermoregulation, control of shutters, detection of gas leak plant, perimeter and volumetric anti-intrusion system, management principles of flooding, management of electrical loads, Stop and Go system, balcony irrigation system, remote control, creating light scenarios for environments, fire prevention system, panic system, station touch screen control.
