Tekser’s interventions concerns the design and Work Management systems of the former service station of Accursio square, Milan. The restoration affected the installations, designed in compliance with architectural constraints limiting the placement of facilities on the roof. The refrigeration plant at the service of the building is constitued by heat pumps to geometric exchange through groundwater, which is collected and returned to the subsoil. The ambients are air-conditioned using a VRV system by direct expansion with air diffusion through microphone channels to ensure the best room comfort. Lighting inside the building is raelized through the use of lighting bodies with LED technology and DALI communication standards, allowing the realization of multiple light scenarios. There is also a multimedia audio / video system.
The intended use is commercial, with areas dedicated to showrooms, offices, bars and ground floor and a restaurant on the first floor. Tekser has carried out the design phases of mechanical, electrical, special and elevating systems preliminary and final, works management, testing, energy, acoustic and fire prevention consultancy.
