PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The refurbishment of the building led to the recovery of unused spaces resulting in the reduction of energy requirement thanks to the implementation of innovative solutions.

Tekser was responsible of MEP systems design and provided a LEED consultancy that led the building to the achievement of LEED GOLD Certification.
