PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This retrofitting intervention on two buildings by Pietro Portaluppi in the centre of Milan was focused on the preservation of architectural and urban historical layers while adding modern elements as a volume of glass which creates a discontinuity with the original project.

Tekser designed efficient systems that include PV panels, LED lightning fixtures, low flow tap fittings and usage of groundwater to supply the thermos-refrigerating plant.
