BREEAM® is a sustainability rating system for buildings, internationally recognized and based on the latest scientific knowledge. It is regulated and continuously updated in line with new developments, new regulations, and feedback from users.

Tekser’s support for obtaining BREEAM® certification includes an initial phase of evaluating the design documents and the information produced by the design and construction team, during which the best strategy to achieve the required BREEAM certification rating will be defined.

We will also provide assistance to the entire project team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and their integration into the overall project, as well as support in preparing the documentation necessary to meet the prerequisites and subsequently achieve the required credits.
