Based on the pillars of sustainability (ESG), GRESB analyzes and evaluates assets and/or real estate entities in terms of management, performance and development through data collection.

Through the GRESB Assessment activity, Tekser supports the Client in identifying and collecting the main data in line with the procedures defined by GRESB Real Estate, which allow the measurement of investment sustainability, comparison with the market and the improvement of asset visibility, making them more attractive to investors.
