Tekser’s due diligence activities ensure that the client obtains a correct assessment of the characteristics of technological systems in their current condition.
Tekser analyzes the data available in the documentation held by the client or in the archives made available in order to verify the compliance of the systems with functional and performance requirements, certifications, and regulatory obligations toward supervisory authorities.
Following the documentary analysis, Tekser is able to carry out all on-site inspections, both instrumental and visual, to qualify the operational status in detail of the systems subject to verification and evaluation.
Based on this analysis, Tekser identifies the best solutions for any required improvement activities, in particular:
• costs and timelines for immediate interventions aimed at ensuring regulatory compliance of the examined systems;
• maintenance and management costs of the technological systems examined;
• improvement interventions for energy efficiency or to address other functional or performance issues.
