BimProject Description
The project consisted of the urban regeneration of a former industrial area into a modern business district named “The Sign.” The complex extends over an area of 40,000 square metres and includes 4 buildings.
The first three buildings, identified as A, B and C, were built between 2016 and 2018, while the last one, Building D, was built between 2022 and 2024. These four buildings host major companies such as Aon, NTT Data and L’Oréal Italia.
Our company was responsible for all design and works supervision phases for the complex, both for the first phase concerning buildings A, B and C, and for the second phase concerning Building D, which is currently nearing completion.
