PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In the ongoing project, Tekser is responsible for developing the Preliminary, Final and Executive MEP design, as well as the Specialist Works Supervision for Building Services of the entire hospitality complex located in Moltrasio.
The complex consists of a hotel and a villa known as “Villa Imperiale.”
The project includes the design activities aimed at the complete refurbishment of the mechanical, electrical and special systems. The project is currently at the end of the preliminary design phase.
