BimProject Description
The scope of our company was the complete refurbishment of all MEP systems, as well as the Specialist Works Supervision for Building Services.
Tekser S.r.l.’s role in this project was to refurbish all building services systems, providing high-efficiency mechanical systems for a hotel, with multipurpose groundwater units and high-temperature heat pumps for the simultaneous production of hot and chilled water.
The modular and autonomous AHUs are equipped with heat recovery units, high-efficiency filters and plug fans. A centralized BACS system is installed for the management, supervision and diagnostics of the systems, with a web interface.
Distribution is carried out through ducted networks and insulated steel, copper and multilayer piping. The project also includes water treatment systems, a complete fire protection system and diversified room terminals.
The building services units comply with CE, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
