Our company was appointed to carry out the Preliminary and Final MEP Design, followed by the Specialist Works Supervision for Building Services and the related testing and commissioning of the completed systems.
The electrical and special systems included the installation of conduits for electrical, audio, video and telecommunication cables, bases and metalwork for equipment, excavations, shafts and core drilling, as well as lead shielding for rooms exposed to magnetic fields.
The mechanical systems included integration with the electrical systems through power and auxiliary lines between peripheral units and equipment.
This also included accessible power outlets compliant with regulations on architectural barriers, such as CEE sockets with interlocked switches, 10/16 A wall sockets with protected contacts, and safety switches installed near the equipment.
This highlights the interconnection and safety of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems designed for the facility.
