In this project, Tekser is responsible for developing the Preliminary, Final and Executive MEP design, as well as the Specialist Works Supervision for Building Services.

For heating and cooling production, two options are being assessed: a centralized heat pump with ring distribution and substations, or multiple dedicated plant rooms for each building. The heat pumps may use either seawater or air.

The use of seawater eliminates the distribution costs of heat transfer fluids, but involves a higher initial investment.

For the HVAC systems, two solutions are being assessed: radiant heating with fan coils for cooling, or fan coils only for both heating and cooling. The possibility of installing a mechanical ventilation system is also being considered, as an alternative to relying on natural ventilation.

For the electrical and special systems, a main distribution plan is planned, together with the integration of a photovoltaic system.
