Our holistic approach to sustainability and the ability to integrate sustainability concepts across multiple disciplines derive from our extensive design experience, enabling us to manage the entire environmental certification process by coordinating all involved disciplines efficiently and effectively.

Our team is composed of professionals who interact daily with the Design and Construction Management teams, linking all processes to the activities aimed at obtaining environmental sustainability certifications.
Our approach therefore goes beyond the role of a Rating System Consultant and extends to a Design Consultant approach. This allows us to offer a service that is not limited to simply managing the certification process (e.g., LEED Consultant).
Our LEED, WELL, BREEAM and WiredScore consultants, thanks to their background as designers with consolidated experience in major similar projects in Italy, provide the know-how necessary to support the design team in defining strategies that maximize benefits while avoiding additional design and construction costs that may arise from a lack of experience during the design phase.

An international certification that evaluates the level of digital connectivity of buildings. It analyzes the quality of technological infrastructures and the ability of buildings to support advanced digital services.

WEEL®
